Attorney Brent Wear was recently appointed by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals to the State's Board of Law Examiners. The Board of Law Examiners is comprised of seven attorneys who are selected throughout the State of West Virginia. The Board evaluates the educational background, credentials, character, fitness and competence of every applicant who applies for admission to practice law in the State of West Virginia under the Supreme Court's Rules of Admission.
Upon learning of the appointment, Attorney Brent Wear said "I am appreciative of the Supreme Court's selection to this most prestigious committee which was designed to ensure properly qualified candidates meet the high standards of character and fitness when admitted to our profession."
